Company Profile

TRYGONS S.A. is a pioneer composite parts manufacturer that utilizes state-of-the-art technologies for the design and fabrication of large and complex reinforced plastic parts focusing on mass production. The company offers products’ development from their inception and design up to their final materialization and market entry.

The company uses 2000m2 manufacturing facilities, utilizes advanced in-house industrial equipment, has acquired record breaking achievements – including low vessel weight and fuel-consumption – and, most importantly, holds thorough composites materials know-how. We can help you minimize start-up and production costs, while delivering improved product quality always on time. Technologically, our latest advancement in “hollow single-shot (monocoque) infusion technique” makes us especially suitable for constructing large and complex parts with enhanced dimensional accuracy, stability, stiffness and lowered weight. Glass or carbon-fiber structures are both produced at half the time and at a much lower cost.

TRYGONS has manufactured products for a number of industries. We are best known – also due to our cross-sector knowledge – for our out-of-the-box thinking and innovative ideas. In particular, when it comes to designing, our experts are dedicated composite parts’ designers and aim to fabricate advanced products that are both beautiful and fully functional.

In terms of our values, we are committed to a one-client-per-sector principle and aim to build lifetime relations with its customers. We acknowledge our people’s contribution and recognize that the best results can only come through teamwork. History & Evolution

TRYGONS S.A. is a “spin off” of metal products’ manufacturer Victoria S.A. and was established in 2005 by German-Greek Engineer and inventor, Alexander Sarasitis. The young entrepreneur, who initially operated in a 60m² rented basement and motivated by his drive to manufacture the best possible diving fins, started experimenting on composites and carbon-fiber processing. His technical background and experience, as well as his love for outdoor sports and the sea made it possible for him to soon create and market a number of free-diving and spearfishing products, such as different types of fins and monofins, spearguns, nose-clips and under-water video housing equipment.

Since then, TRYGONS has successfully undertaken numerous projects and has acquired significant technical know-how. Two of the company’s most important breakthroughs have been the

in September 2013 and the ‘No-limits’ Freediving World Record in June 2007. Today the company has evolved into a manufacturing partner for large scale products. We are positioned, especially following our recent advancement in “hollow single-shot (monocoque) infusion technique”, to construct large and complex parts with enhanced dimensional accuracy, stability, stiffness and lowered weight. Glass or carbon-fiber structures are both produced at half the time and at a much lower cost.
